Hi everyone.
I recently took this image of NGC 253 (Sculptor Galaxy, aka Silver Coin) with the iDK 20" in Namibia.
Stacking was done using ASTAP, image processing in StarTools with some additional touches in PS and Topaz denoising.
Lum: 10 x 300s
R: 9 x 300s
G: 8 x 300s
B: 8 x 300s

Thanks Lukas.
I bought my first telescope a stock Celestron 8se last November and started taking pictures with an unmodified Canon 600D. The alt-az setup on a very basic mount just allows me 10-15 sec exposures, so I try to make the best of limited exposures! Below is a stack of ₃₀₀ images at 15 sec exposures with that set-up...looking forward to re-doing this target with skygems telescopes.

I recently took this image with the Hakos Veloce 8 inch scope. Some issues with tracking especially during the longer exposures. Interesting to compare with Celestron 8se and Canon 600D from my backyard.

R: 14 x 120s
G: 20 x 120s (Lukas added a few extra shots)
B: 15 x 120s
Ha: 16 x 240s

For the Trapezium:
R: 30 x 10s
G: 29 x 10s
B: 29 x 10s
