Hi there,
just to let you all know that at the beginning of october we will change a bit in Namibia, mainly:
- Move the TI450 back into equatorial mode, which hopefully will solve the derotator issues. Followed by careful collimation
- The Samyang 135 system will come back online, however with a new optics (70mm APO with 350mm of focal). We tested a dozen of Samyangs but found no satisfying optical quality.
- The FSQ106 will get a new tilt adapter, followed by careful collimation. Hopefully this make sit working well again.
This shall bring back the Namibia scopes online with great quality 🙂
