Samyang Namibia - aperture

Hi folks! My question is, at which aperture the Samyang works now. Is it still at f4.0 ?
I'd need to know for the exposuretime per frame for the future.

Yes, still 4.0.
I am plnning on swapping the optics in late may with a Sigma 135mm, which is very promising and shall improve the optical quality by one order of magnitude 🙂

Hi Lukas,
when do you want to swap the optics?
Is it possible to wait about 2 or 3 nights, to complite all the 8.3h of exp. time?
But: In the last two nights there were not one of complited frames with the optics.
Exposures started soe times, but interrupts about 1 min later. What's wrong?

it failed to focus, and as a consequence to platesolve. will look into it tonight
