I got an image I was satisfied with from the Astroale 110/580 but it raises new questions for me. I selected 10 600 second exposures but then couldn't find calibration files that matched. I found quite a few that used the same gain and offset but nothing with 600 seconds. Since my only experience with DSOs is through remote imaging, I am a bit out of my depth on what works for calibration. In this case, I could not get them to work in Pixinsight WBBP although I was able to stack them in Siril using the Sirilic script.
In the future, should I review available calibration files first and assume that exposures that are out of range are probably not advised on the associated instrument?
