Hakos RC360 Offline

Hello Lukas , Hakos RC360 is still offline. Besides the ping status I cannot see any information about availability. Is there a technical issue or has it just to be restarted ? Furthermore I do not get any response if I send notes via the chat function, is this already an active tool ? Thank you very much. Thomas.

Hi Thomas,

the RC360 has suffered a mayor accident - the whole focuser tube with the camera attached slipped out of the focuser and hit the floor. We are assessing the problem, the camera itself seems to work, the focuser is working sporadically... I will keep you updated on that.

It's a mayor PITA as it's not strictly our system, but an affiliate's.
