Hi,

I submitted an imaging request and it failed with a credential error. When I resubmitted it from the requests page it failed due to "requestundefined".

Hi Dave,

I guess it has been fixed by now - sometimes the connection to the observatories fail with this error, especially if you had no points on your account before. It needs to synchronize the user data at that point, and it takes anywhere between a few seconds and 15 minutes.
