Help please. I have just submitted an imaging request to the Veloce 200RH observatory in Spain. My request appears on the Imaging Request Status page as expected. However, although the status of the request is listed as "active", a yellow warning triangle appears next to the request name which is "flame nebula". Clicking on the warning triangle gives this message: "The request has been saved on the server, but not on the observatory and is thus not active. Use the button to resubmit it so that it can be processed."
I have clicked on the resubmit button several times but the warning triangle remains. Is there a system problem here or am I doing something silly? I believe that I have sufficient points for this request.
